Vintage 1970s really Rare REXEL Nipper Stapler with a few Rexel No. 25 Staples, very dainty.

Condition is Used, fair. several light rust but works as it should.

This is a remarkably rare item
It measures 6.25 inch long X 2.5 inches wide.

The lever swings over the bottom piece and the staples are spring loaded.
Can staple up to 10 sheets of paper.
